  • Daily Approved Visas & Passport Handover Manifest (Item 28):

    • Approval Timestamp & Backfill (approved_at): Added approved_at TIMESTAMPTZ column and database index on visa_requests via Flyway migration V80__add_approved_at_to_visa_requests.sql. Backfilled all existing approved and collected visa requests with the current timestamp.
    • Dynamic Visa Short Code Generator (VisaShortCodeHelper): Dynamically parses and abbreviates reference table values into standardized codes (e.g. IND-B-3M-M-S, UK-S-1Y-M-S, UAE-T-1M-S-E) without hardcoding.
    • A4 Landscape Printable Manifest PDF (DailyApprovedVisaPdfService): Generates an A4 Landscape PDF specifically designed for physical reception counters to record collections, including Sequence Number, Customer Name, Traveler Name, Visa Code, Visa/Sticker Number, Handover Date, Staff Name, and Customer Signature box with custody clause.
    • Automated Daily Admin Email (DailyApprovedVisaScheduler): Scheduled daily at 20:00 (Asia/Colombo) to email active managers and owners an HTML overview table with the attached printable A4 PDF manifest.
    • On-Demand Manifest PDF API (GET /api/v1/visas/daily-approved/pdf): Enables downloading and streaming the A4 manifest for today or any past date.

  • Staff Utilities & Document Templates Hub Module (Item 27):

    • Brand New Dedicated Module: Implemented backend domain modules/utility with entity, repository, service, controller, and Flyway migration V81__create_utility_module.sql.
    • Document & Letter Templates Hub: Library of downloadable corporate templates (Business Letters, Visa Cover Letters, NOC & Sponsorship, Embassy Forms, Company Templates) with category filtering, search, and direct presigned R2 downloads.
    • In-App Consultant Tools:
      • Passport 6-Month Rule Validator: Evaluates remaining validity from departure date with green/yellow/red compliance status.
      • Visa Validity & Stay Period Calculator: Computes visa expiry, continuous stay limits, and mandatory departure deadlines.
      • Quick Letter & NOC Generator: Dynamic placeholder-replacement generator for embassy and corporate letters with 1-click copy & print.
      • Currency & Margin Markup Calculator: Multi-currency fare and embassy fee converter to LKR with configurable commission margin.
    • RBAC Permissions: Granted UTILITY_READ and UTILITY_MANAGE permissions to all staff roles.
