• Reference Data: flight/ticket document checklists — Document Checklists could previously only ever be configured for visa cases (keyed per country + visa type). Admins can now also create a single global checklist for flight/ticket cases via a new Visa/Flight toggle on the checklist form — Task Tracker’s ticket tab now actually shows a “Documents Needed” list, which was always empty before.
• Staff Checklist: 4 tabs with counts — the dashboard Checklist widget is now split into Visa, Flight, Tour, and Admin-related tabs, each with a pending-count badge, instead of one flat list. A payment-due item now follows whichever service the invoice was actually for (including tours, which previously had no way to be distinguished from a generic invoice). The Admin Reminders page header also now shows a live total count.
